1. Prophesy your health. Your words have power. We have more power than we think we have. Try to say this everyday: “I’ll be healthy until I reached a hundred.” :)
2. Live with a clear conscience. Sirach 38:9-10 “My son when you are ill, do not delay, but pray to the Lord and he will heal you. Give up your faults and direct your hands rightly, and cleanse your heart from all sins.” There is no division between your soul, you mind and your body so have a clear conscience!
3. Learn to Relax. Paper, person and prayer. Paper - Try to keep a diary. Write everything that happened to you everyday. When you release your emotions and anxieties, your immune system strengthens. Person – have someone to talk to. Prayer – talk to God about everything.
4. Choose to be happy. Proverbs 17:32 – “Being cheerful keeps you healthy, it is a slow death to be gloomy all the time.” There are four kinds of personality:
Life long pattern of hopelessness - 75% of them died of cancer while 15% died of heart attack
Severe blame and anger in life – 75% died of heart disease while 15% died of cancer.
Mixture of 1 and 2 - 9% of them died or either cancer or heart attack.
People who decide to be happy – only 1% of them died of cancer or heart attach.
Are you a person who chooses to be happy every day? Decide to be happy everyday.
5. Invest in friendships and in relationships. Happiness is about relationships.
6. Work with purpose and passion. Eccl. 2:24 – “There is nothing better for mortals to eat and drink, and find enjoyment in their toil.” Are you happy with your work? Do you find your passion in your work? Discover your passion!
7. Take deep breath. Deep breath cleanses your body with toxins.
8. Get enough sleep. Psalms 127:1-2 – “Unless the Lord build the house, those who labor, builds in vain. Unless the Lord guards the city, the guard keeps watch in vain. It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toll; for he gives sleep to his beloved.” It is when you are sleeping that your body heals.
9. Move it or loose it. Exercise!

7TH HEAVEN
(One ep. In their last season)
Rev. Camdem went to heaven. He was met there by Jenny, his mother-in-law and she accompanied him to go Christmas shopping. They went straight to a clock store where they met the father of Phillip whom the Reverend spent time with every now and then. In the store, the Phillip’s father suggested “time” as the perfect gift for Matt and Sarah since they were doctors, they would need more time for their children. As they went out the store, his Jenny left him for a while.
He was met by a woman from Ethiopia who thanked him for giving Nell the courage to adopt her five children. In return she gave him “courage” to be given to Lucy – for her to have the courage to have another child.
After which, he was fed by the waiters he generously fed through the years. As soon as he finished his meal, he was met again by Jenny.
Next they went on shopping for Mary. They bought her the “ability to forget.” Wrapped in a brown paper for it to look ordinary, after all, according to them, forgiveness belongs to God. We just need to forget. Then she met Joyce mother. Joyce resented her mother for buying her food instead of a doll saying that if only she could have known the importance of the doll. She thanked Reverend for helping Joyce and gave him a gift – an eraser for Mary for her to forgive herself.
Then, they went shopping for Simon. They met the father of Pearl and thanked him for showing Pearl her purpose. He figured that Simon needs purpose. Before they leave, they met with Martin’s mother who thanked him for taking care of her son and her husband. She also told him that Erin will be showing Martin his purpose in life. She gave him the gift of “purpose” for Simon – which he will unravel after several Christmas.
They took a ride in a cart driven by the father of Lindsey. He gave Ruthie: dignity, beauty, and loyalty.
On Earth, his family are worried that Rev. Camdem is missing, everyone except, Annie. She encouraged everyone to “have a little faith” that their Father would come home.
Rev. Camdem then look for gifts for Sam and David. They met Angelica, who recently got her wings. She got cooperation, understanding and respect for each of the twins. Angelica came from a long line of guardian angels. She was in fact the grand daughter of Gertrude, one of Rev. Camdem’s guardian angels. Jenny informed the Reverend that each person has a band of guardian angels. Gertrude was busy at the moment, doing some paper works for him to go back to Earth. The last person in the Reverend’s guest list is Annie.
While outside the bookstore, they met the co-worker of Larry. He thanked him for influencing Larry to change his life for the better. The Reverend asked his suggestion for a gift for Annie. But he told him that he cannot help him, but he thanked him and left.
Rev. Camdem suddenly said that he missed Annie. Him, missing her, according to Jenny is a sign that he is not suppose to be there because, “if you’re really suppose to be here (in heaven) you will not miss anyone because you know that you will meet them again in the future.”
As a gift to Annie, he suggested giving Annie faith. But Jenny said that “she already has faith to spare, how could she not be after being married with you all these years.” Then he met with Gertrude who gave him the news that he will still live on Earth.
As he gets ready to leave heaven, he asked if he will remember his experience there, Jenny said that what he will remember is that everything is fine, that everything is going to be fine.
And as he met his family, everyone was just so glad to see him.

My soul drifts in places.
Sometimes it rests as if satisfied.
But the
winds of change and fate blows,
and so with it my soul rides!
Searching
for something it had lost,
so long ago.

It’s Sunday and it’s also Father’s day. I greeted Papa a very Happy Father’s day. I prayed for him and all the fathers in the world to be closer to Jesus.
I did not leave the house, did not even see other people. I feel so relax now. It is so nice to write again. So, so nice to write again. :)
